Novotel Bahrain Al Dana Resort has become the first hotel in the country to accept cryptocurrencies as a means of payment. This move was approved by the Central Bank of Bahrain and was made possible through a partnership with Eazy Financial Services. Guests will be able to use the Binance app to settle their accommodation bills. Other hotels in the Arabian peninsula that have embraced digital assets include W Dubai – The Palm and Palazzo Versace Dubai. The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts and The Chedi Andermatt in Switzerland have also joined the crypto wave, allowing guests to pay for their accommodation using different digital assets. Novotel Bahrain Al Dana Resort is a luxurious four-star hotel that overlooks the Arabian Gulf and is ranked among the top ten hotels in the country by TripAdvisor. It offers its guests a swimming pool, private sandy beach, and a gym center. The Chedi Andermatt requires a minimum payment of 200 CHF ($215) for accommodation to be paid in cryptocurrency.
