Motorcycle giant Soriano Motori has now partnered with Coinbase to accept payments in crypto.
Motorbike Firm Soriano Motori Accepts Bitcoin and Other Crypto
Creating a benchmark in the motorbike industry’s history, Italian company Soriano Motori has joined hands with Coinbase to facilitate cryptocurrency payments for its customers. The users would not be able to buy motorbikes and pay in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other supported tokens. As the penetration of cryptocurrencies grows in several industries, companies leverage the same to increase their customer base.
The company announced that it would accept crypto tokens as a payment method worldwide, offering newer international opportunities. The company accepts Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin, Litecash, and Litecoin to help customers buy the motorbikes. This would show a lot of flexibility to the customers as they can purchase the motorbikes irrespective of the currency. M Soriano, the Soriano Group founder, said that “All our clients will be able to benefit from the great advantages that cryptocurrencies offer. Thanks to digital currencies such as Bitcoin, we can carry out international transactions without commissions or without attending to exchange rate fluctuations, among others,”
The motorbike manufacturer facilitated the crypto payments feature in partnership with Coinbase. Soriano would work with the US Based Coinbase platform to support crypto payments, which is done through the cryptocurrency-Fiat exchanges to convert digital currencies into traditional fiat currencies. The customers would be able to pay the bike’s market value in the cryptocurrencies based on the price of the crypto token at the time of purchase. Soriano said that depending on the current market price of Bitcoin, one can get a bike at around 2 Bitcoin, which is around 38,000 USD.
Several luxury brands allow the customers to pay in BTC like Dutch Hatch and Virgin Galactic, Soriano now joins the league. With PayPal announcing support for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, it is evident that the cryptocurrencies are going mainstream in full swing.
Soriano Motors boasts of highly impeccable and exquisite handmade EV motorcycles, allowing users to choose the color of the motor parts, decide the sound of the motorcycle, and choose the seat material. With such an exclusive offering, the company is targeting to increase its clientele by ducting crypto payments.
