YIELD.app that provides a ‘Simpler decentralized finance banking platform’ successfully culminated its Token Generation Event, with its YLD token ready for trading.
The firm announced that the YLD, the native token of the YIELD platform, is now available on Uniswap and Bitmax.
YLD Token Now on Uniswap and BitMax
In an official announcement, YIELD highlighted that the YLD token is now available for trading on Uniswap and Bitmax after the token generation event has culminated following several months of hard work and preparation by the team. The company noted that they raised around $1.2 million on Trustswap.
CoinDesk reported that the Yield project raised more than $5 Million from Alphabet and Digital Strategies along with Chronos VC, Yeoman Capital, and PAL Capital. The Yield platform boasts of allowing users to earn a high return on investment in DeFi applications. The DeFi banking platform has immense potential, and with the recently raised funding, it can augment its portfolio management system and get additional licenses. The company noted that there will be 300 Million YLD tokens in total supply and 33.3 in circulation. The company gave 26 million tokens to the investors and one million to Bitmax and company reserves.
Early Users Benefit
YIELD noted that the platform would be accessible to 50 randomly selected users and motivated people to sign up for early access. The first version of the Yield web application would be available to selected users, who can then suggest ways to improve the app before its full release. YIELD noted that it would use the feedback from the early users to streamline the platform and give them an opportunity to invest in the DeFi Alpha 1 Fund. The early users can test the YIELD crypto wallet. YLD token enables the users to augment their average percentage yield to 20 percent and earn about 10 percent in APY.
YIELD also threw light on its plans for the coming year stating that 2021 is going to be enormous for them. The company plans to launch a mobile app soon and work with leading exchanges to support additional assets like BTC, DAI, ETH, and provide fiat integration. Interest-bearing savings accounts, crypto wallets, and investment funds are also on the cards as YIELD plans to extend its horizon.
