Redditor said that they earned the Bitcoin 12 years ago while playing games, filling random surveys, and doing arbitrary tasks on internet with an intent to buy in-game tokens for Dark Orbit, an online game. They had then forgotten the private keys for Bitcoin in an old computer. Bitcoinholderthanku said that they visited their grandpa’s house during the holidays and found the BTC private keys in an old Dell Computer on which he used to play the Dark Orbit game. He came across the .txt folder labeled Keys, in which he found his fortune. Redditor said that once they regained access to forgotten Bitcoin Keys, they liquidated them; however, if they would have hodled the token for few more weeks, they would have gained an additional $1 million profit.
Redditor said that he credits himself for Hodling Bitcoin for more than 8-9 years, which is more than most crypto users. While the user credited himself for Hodling Bitcoin and suddenly received an enormous amount, He said he would avoid any expensive luxuries and invest the S&P 500 stocks funds. He does not want to end up blowing all the money in a few months. Redditor said that he would live their life normally like before finding the lost bitcoin.
